The following information and documents must be submitted together with the application form. The documents will be uploaded directly in the form (from 17th April possible!)

  • Name of the collective / collective society
  • Details of the authorized signatory & organizational form
  • Website/Social Media information
  • A detailed concept describing the planned use of the cultural venue, including a basic concept for the first event and meeting the above criteria (max. 6000 characters including spaces)
  • Presentation of your collective, your motivation, your organizational structure, team expertise. (max. characters including spaces)
  • Experience background of the collective (in bullet points) / portfolio of projects implemented to date (max. 800 characters including spaces)
  • How do you plan to ensure that as many people as possible have access to the space and can participate in the events? Which target groups are you addressing? (max. 750 characters including spaces)
  • What do you understand by sustainability in the design of the location and the execution of events? (max. 750 characters including spaces)
  • Briefly describe your artistic profile. What do you value in the design of the space and program? What are your artistic focuses? (max. 750 characters including spaces)
  • CVs of the key persons (max. four people) with a focus on relevant experience (degrees are less relevant).
